  1. Client Responsibility

  • Accuracy of Info: Clients seeking an audit are responsible for providing truthful and complete information.

  • Compliance: Receiving an "enaruLegal Trust Badge" does not exempt a business from its legal obligations to the government, Chamber of Commerce (KvK), or tax authorities (BTW).

  1. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled within the Dutch judicial system.
